Republic Day Celebrations

Delhi Public School Durg celebrated the 74th Republic Day in school on 26th January 2023, with great verve and patriotic fervour. The tricolour was unfurled by the Principal Mr. Yashpal Sharma, accompanied by the heads and incharges. Thereafter, a special assembly was presented by the students including Speeches (Speech on importance of Preamble) delivered by the Head Boy & Head Girl, a Choir Song, a Hindi poem, a Nukkad Natak and Group Dance.

The Principal Mr. Yashpal Sharma, while addressing the gathering highlighted the importance of Constitution and the fact the duties and rights are the two sides of a coin, to be followed religiously. He stated that the nation is above all aspects and one should live life with this perception. He warmly greeted students on the occasion and apprised them of celebrations at Kartavya path, New Delhi.
