Republic Day Celebrations
Delhi Public School Durg celebrated the 75th Republic Day in the School on 26th January 2024, with great verve and patriotic fervour. The tricolour was unfurled by the Principal Mr. Yashpal Sharma, accompanied by the heads and incharges. Thereafter, a special assembly was presented by the students including Speeches delivered by the Head Boy & Head Girl, a Patriotic Choir Song, a Hindi poem, the preamble was read Group Dance, a speech on the history of constitution, a duet song, a speech on the Quotes of prominent.
The Principal Mr. Yashpal Sharma, while addressing the gathering highlighted the Indian leaders importance of Constitution and the fact the duties and rights are the two sides of a coin, to be followed religiously. He stated that the nation is above all aspects and one should live life with this perception. He warmly greeted students on the occasion and apprised them of celebrations at Kartavya path, New Delhi.
