SGFI State Level Athletics Competition-22

DPS Durg makes a Mark again in SGFI State Level Athletics Competition

The students of Delhi Public School Durg performed exceedingly well in the SGFI State Level Athletics Competition held at Pendra (Marwahi) from 12th to 15th October, 2022. In the various Athletics events including 400 m. Hurdles, 4×100 m Relay, Discuss Throw, Shot-put etc. Among the participant schools of Five Zones, DPS Durg representing the Durg Zone bagged 5 Gold, 7 Silver & 2 Bronze medals in Roller Skating Competition held at Raipur DPS Durg won 3 Gold and 5 Bronze medals. In the Chess Competition held at Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh, the students bagged 2 Gold medals. Overall, the students bagged 10 Gold, 7 Silver and 7 Bronze medals. The School Management Principal and Teachers express their proud elation and best wishes to the achievers and their mentors of the Sports Department of the school, headed by Mr. Gagan Inder Singh Virdee, hoping that they would continue to add several such gems of achievement to the school treasury with similar zeal and perseverance.
